On 22/04/2024, Year 9 classes had a great opportunity to participate in the Employer engagement session delivered by HS2 volunteers - Fiona D, Matthew C and Emily B.

Students learnt about the different job roles within the construction company, importance of PPE and what is HS2 about? Students were actively engaged throughout the sessions. They remained focused, used good communication skills and worked as a team during bridge building activity. Students really enjoyed the activities, watching video about HS2 and asked questions to volunteers.  Many thanks to school staff, students and HS2 volunteers for making the learning environment so enjoyable.
