Talk The Talk - Oracy Workshop About The Future

Talk The Talk work with the Jack Petchey Foundation. Their mission is to help students develop confident and fluent skills expressing their ideas and talking to others in a range of different situations.
In this session, our trainer, Ashley, worked with our Year 13 and 14 students. They were encouraged to reflect on skills they have gained,
- What skills do I have?
- When did I learn these skills?
- Where do I use these skills day to day?
- Where could I make sure of these skills in the future [linked to their ambitions for the future]
- Why are these skills important?
Before finally
- practising communicating this effectively in an interview-style situation.
