Here are some highlights and next steps below:

1. The arrangements for safeguarding are effective. (This judgment is either effective or ineffective).
    
2. The quality of education is good.
    
3. Behaviour and attitudes are good.
    
4. Pupils' personal development is outstanding.
    
5. The leadership and management of the school is good.
    
6. The 6th form provision (pupils in years 12,13 and 14) is outstanding. 
    
7. The school and Governing Body want the best for each pupil.
    
8. Absence rates this year have reduced significantly. Thank you families, this was a joint effort! We are aiming to be consistently above 90% average attendance next academic year and with your support we can achieve this.
    
9. Pupils are happy and enjoy learning ............. and feel safe.
    
10. The school has high aspirations.........for social and academic outcomes. 

11. Students leave the school exceptionally well-prepared to take up their places as successful and upstanding citizens in modern Britain.

12. Students leave school exceptionally well-prepared for adulthood.

13. Pupils gain confidence and become increasingly fluent readers.

14. Teaching and therapies are well-tailored to meet individual (pupil) needs.

We are very pleased to have the developments we have put in place to continuously improve the provision for our pupils acknowledged in such a positive way.
