Wednesday 9th December 2020, 6pm – 8.30pm
This interactive Zoom training session will explore the four areas of difference associated with autism. You will be able to interact with the trainers and other parents throughout the session.

Wednesday 16th December 2020 6pm – 8.30pm
This interactive Zoom training session has been co-produced with autistic adults and is aimed at family members, supporters and professionals to gain an insight into autism and understand what this means in a positive way, so that they can improve wellbeing and help the people they support to enjoy successful adult lives. You will be able to interact with the trainers and other attendees throughout the session.

Wednesday 20th January 2020 6pm – 8.30pm
Autistic individuals experience sensory information in very unique ways, including over-sensitivity, under-sensitivity or poor modulation. This Zoom training session for parents and professionals will focus on the sensory experiences of autistic people, how to reduce sensory distress and strategies for creating autism-friendly environments.

Thursday 28th January 2020 6pm – 8.30pm
This workshop is for Parents and Carers of Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs who are new to the system and want to know what to do. You may be thinking of applying for an EHC Plan, you may already have applied and been turned down, or your Local Authority may have said ‘Yes’ and you are wondering what happens next and what to look out for. You may already have an EHCP and want to learn more about your legal rights, such as the Annual Review process.

Pre-recorded Webinar: Understanding PDA and Autism

This recorded webinar is hosted by Laura Kerbey looks at the differences and similarities of Autism, Asperger's Syndrome and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and gives attendees a "tool-kit" of strategies to effectively support children and young people with this profile of needs.
