Dear Families, 

I hope you have been able to enjoy the lovely bright weather we have had this week. The rain on Wednesday night definitely helped our Horticulture Team and the raised beds are beginning to show signs of growth!  Last year the team provided compost, pots and seeds for anyone who was interested in planting. Many of our pupils find this a fun and interesting hobby.  If you have fruit or veg that come in plastic containers eg grapes etc, you can keep these to use for planting. Things like radishes grow very quickly and easily and the seeds are cheap.  If your child has green fingers and grows anything, please share photos with us!

Covid

There have been no confirmed cases of covid in our community since the last bulletin.

PLEASE CONTINUE TO USE HOME TESTING KITS AND REGISTER THE RESULTS ON THE NHS WEBSITE. 

Build / Assembly

This week's assembly focused on the progress of the build and we also looked at some of the new furniture we are buying.  I was lucky to have an impromptu visit to the site on Tuesday and was delighted to see that many rooms are ready for plastering.  The outside facia are currently being built and the render and brickwork will commence very soon.  This will make the structure actually look like a building!
