Dear Families,

Covid

We have had no confirmed cases of Covid in our community since the last bulletin.

Please continue to test and report online as this informs the resupply of our home testing kits.

Assembly

In this week's whole school assembly we looked at Asthma as the first Tuesday in May is always World Asthma day. Pupils learned about:

what is asthma?
what can cause an asthma attack?
how can I help someone suffering an asthma attack?

We also looked at 'things that can harm us' in relation to smoking (the link being lungs!).

I was ably assisted by Alana-May who has the makings of an excellent presenter / newsreader!

COVID Testing

If you have run out of, or are running low on, COVID testing kits, please inform your child's form tutor via their link book, or contact the school office or email meadow@meadowhighschool.org to request additional supplies.

Please remember students should still be testing twice weekly. Please upload the results to the NHS system. If your child's result is positive, please inform school immediately and isolate.
